Thank you for shopping with GENUINE PARTS DIRECT LTD. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order or need to return an item, please review the following policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date (if tracking is available).
  • If no tracking is available, returns must be initiated within 14 days from the estimated delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

Return Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
    • The wrong item was sent.
    • The item arrived damaged, and proof of damage in transit is provided.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@genuinedirect.co.uk. Provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the item (if damaged)

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit.
